Come to learn more about the practice and benefits of Vedic Meditation, meet Peter, and ask any questions you may have. This free orientation lasts about 1 hour and is a prerequisite for taking the meditation course.

After the orientation, you may sign up for the course which is completed over four consecutive days. Course dates TBD.
